Having a normal M-F/9-5 schedule. The pay was decent until the union agreed to a two tier pay system.

The way management treats the union employees is horrendous. There's lots of nepotism with management hiring friends and relatives who get preferential treatment. From most mid level managers and supervisors up in company positions they are scumbags. If you do your job well and do the right thing your treated worse than everyone else and they pile it on. Glad that chapter is closed in my life and overall disappointed. They treated me like crap and were downright psychologically abusive. Save yourself the time and effort and especially the impact to your mental health.
