      Having a normal M-F/9-5 schedule. The pay was decent until the union agreed to a two tier pay system.

      The way management treats the union employees is horrendous. There's lots of nepotism with management hiring friends and relatives who get preferential treatment. From most mid level managers and supervisors up in company positions they are scumbags. If you do your job well and do the right thing your treated worse than everyone else and they pile it on. Glad that chapter is closed in my life and overall disappointed. They treated me like crap and were downright psychologically abusive. Save yourself the time and effort and especially the impact to your mental health.

You will be valued as a human and you will have a voice within this company. You can make a career here. Your coworkers and immediate leadership are all talented and intelligent individuals who actually know how to do the same work you are doing.

      AI rollout and unevenly applied hybrid work made things difficult for employees with disabilities and those that lived far from office who had traditionally worked remote or for tasks that do not lend themselves well to AI overhead
