Leadership focuses on politics, favors, and winning narrative for career growth all while stagnating focus of their employee's well-being. Accountability for missed goals, objectives, and budget is non-existent causing negative impact in strategy, resource alignment, and deferring important responsibilities. Do more with less and put leaders in positions to campaign is the name of the game.
