Ill prepared IT leaders and managers. Lack of training and development as a value from the top for employees. No focus on developing team for the future (unless you start there in your 20’s). They set you up for burnout and with failed (SAP…stay away) implementation. Cutting corners in the short run with no expertise or ability to see or plan for longer term ramifications of short-sighted decisions. Move you when they need you, yet don’t equip you and your team to achieve success. After over a decade of commitment to initiatives and noted contributions to their success, they are not afraid to stab you in the back. Not a company to be proud to work for. I will loathe the monopoly they are every utility bill I have to pay.
