1.This Company bags full of cons No proper Management Very Low salaries If they visit any institution for placements. No one works in sales department (higher level employees). The managers and zonal managers in the region teach you nothing..about business if you are fresher I dont recommend this crap company for freshers.. Hrs and higher members in organisation are of no use..they dont hold their words.. Salaries are very low for freshers and they just dont even give salaries on time.. They give salaries after 2 months.. They just arrest your salaries so that the particular person dont leave their company.. The higher designated members in sales department dont help the freshers or teach them about the work..because they are afraid of the competition they would get.. Sales department is full of politics and useless peoples.. Services they provide are not even upto time and not even good.. They just fool their clients and customers..
