      Great work-life balance and the benefits are pretty decent. The office environment is relaxed and everyone gets along well and are very collegial. Flexible work schedule!

      Upper management does not seem to be in touch with those they are managing, and often seem underprepared for their responsibilities and not organized in their vision. There is quite a bit of turnover, and it seems like new hires are not fully/properly trained. With the turnover and expansion of the company, loyalty (those that have stayed with the company through growing pains) should be acknowledged. Management does not communicate transparently how employees can be promoted and advanced themselves at the company. It comes across as the carrot dangling just within reach just to be constantly moved out of reach.

      Thanks for your review and feedback. It is our desire that every employee can find a way to grow within the company. In the past, that has not always been clear, and I am sorry that this has been the case for you. Work has been made and will continue to be made on the steps it takes to move up into specific roles.

      Xcentric is a fast moving, fast growing company. This is a place you don't get bored. I stay busy but also have flexibility in my schedule so I can keep a healthy work/life balance. Xcentric really believes in the Cloud environment we sell because we work in this environment every day. Due to the nature of the Cloud offering I can work from anywhere. I generally work a couple days a week from home and I have been able to seamlessly work from different states while on the road. The Management is friendly and open to discuss ideas and opportunities. We have an office in Alpharetta, GA and Bozeman, MT so there are two very different surrounding environments to work from. The work environment is great to sharpen technical and people skills alike. Anyone who works here will learn a lot and get great experience, whether they are on a tech support team, account management, or project team.

      Fast growth means a lot of change. If you like things to always stay the same this probably isn't the place for you.
