Company is under restructuring since Dec 2025 - the leaders have give the rough idea of the future of Xendit. However the actions plan is still unclear & not promising aside from seeing major laid off of many talents and onboarding of new groups of people. - being said, job security is not guaranteed. The criteria of laid off is not clear. Seems like based of favouritism. - in terms of product, seems like the team is understaffed. But please fix the root caused of the problems before introducing new products
