Co-workers were good people and worked hard. Management could have certainly used some vast improvement.

No employee focus. Raises were a joke, when they occurred. Even with above average reviews I got 1 2% increase in 3 years. Ridiculous. They come up with some pretty creative ways of meeting stringent SLA's.
