When the upper management ties your hands - and will not let you create fantastic products any more - it is very sad. When employees only get on miniscule raise in 4 years - but the CEO gets a raise that is through the roof - it is despicable. When the CEO is on the president's council to create jobs - yet she chooses to treat employees like pawns and commodities - and only creates low wage jobs - and gets rid of mid to high range jobs - it is horrible.
