With a lot of chaos comes lot to learn. One need to be able to grab the opportunity in the company and run with it. Prove someone wrong if they don't believe in you. As there was no structure and formal process to set the goals or grow within the company, if you lay a structure, you are the hero.

Svantaggi

Leaders are self centered. They only see their growth. Short sighted and no clear road map to execute the plan. Extremely cut throat.

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
