In general, the company is pretty flexible in dealing with personal issues, working from home, etc. Benefits used to be good, but as the economy has taken a turn, the only way they seem to be able to show a profit, is by cutting SAG (salary, benefits, etc).
Svantaggi
Senior leadership, with the exception of a couple of VPs, have absolutely no soft skills, and care more about making the bottom line and ensuring their own bonuses, than making sure the company is well set up to deliver when things turn around. Their is just no/little investment in human capital, which is sad, because it never used to be that way.
