      There are no pros. It was a great company in the 1980s to maybe 2000 then management totally ruined it. Horrible company now. Very sad to watch it go downhill. I had to get out .

      No raises for 10 years. They said just be happy you have a. job.Benefits cut. Management became the enemy after years of friendships. One day. they failed all of us with 3 audits each just to have something on us in case we were fired and got a lawyer.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
