I would avoid working here - Recensione dipendente - Forms Designer presso Xerox

The incompetent boss did not know anything about the work the team did. The boss was ineffective at assisting the supervisor when the client was asking for impossible tasks. The faceless executives made decisions that negatively affected the team. Did not receive enough training to be successful at my position. The work was equivalent to four positions yet higher-ups did not see the need for more staff. I would not work for Xerox again and I actively dissuade people from pursuing employment with them.
