Completely dysfunctional - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Xerox

Very poor compensation — significantly below market rate salary and poor benefits. Raises are reinstated after management took them away last year but they are VERY small and not guaranteed at all (performance based only). Disrespect for loyal employees as new employees are being compensated more. Some managers are making less than people two levels below them. Engineers forced to deal with horrible quality outsourced code (HCL) and outdated tools. Constant layoffs and low morale. Lack of direction and transparency from upper management in addressing any of these issues.
