Opportunities limited, especially for minority male. Worst part is - information, knowledge sharing is poor. Everyone hoards information, too much window dressing & perception management. Employees welcome losing excellent performers because it opens up opportunity for others. That is how much limited the opportunities are. Zero focus on innovation. Company has lost its way in that aspect. Still living on past successes.
