Pay is pretty good compared to other portuguese companies. Entry bar is pretty low too, so not hard to get employment. My boss was chill, and never had problems with anything management wise.

When I was working there the backend used for placing orders, remotely helping customers, taking calls, etc. etc. was super annoying, everything was slow and cloud based, with 500 workarounds for everything because they did not think to scale when setting up the systems.
