Immediate co-workers were great to work with. Paychecks always arrived time. The company stressed the importance of business ethics when dealing with customers.

Svantaggi

No raises whatsoever in over 4 years despite receiving great performance reviews each year. No work-life balance. Less time off provided than most other IT companies. No reward given for hard work. The CEO and upper management were not empathetic to the rank and file employees. Very high turnover rate, as good workers frequently left the company. While Xerox has cutting edge technology, their treatment of the employees is still in the dark ages. Xerox Services could be a poster child for everything that is wrong with corporate America today.

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
