Working for one of the dumbest people in the planet means all problems are permanent problems. No operators are given adequate training. The technician is a very lazy and extremely inept individual, there are 8 industrial inserters and none of them ever work at better than 50% capacity. Just these two issues cost the company a lot of money, drive up employee turnover which cost more money and causes loss of knowledge, causes us to hire competition to do our work for us, drives up stress levels and ensures wages stay stagnant.
