No career advancement as they dont know what their doing. not a single tenured person there, everyone has left or leaving. your career will take a huge hit if you go there. no sales strategies, onboarding structure, no training, no learning opportunities, nothing. Its as if they just opened their doors with a business completely funded by the hard working people in Norway and Europe.
