Xoriant's mediamath support project in gurgaon - Recensione dipendente - Anonymous presso Xoriant

I am going through interview procedure of Xoriant for gurgaon location for their Mediamath client for support project(shell scripting, sql, big data). My friend was working in this project, he told me that project's work culture is very poor. you have to work 7 days a week, you have to wake up by 4:30 am in the morning to work and then no cab facility, appraisals are not good, lot of work pressure, many resources have left recently , no public holidays, no compoff for working on diwali also, forget about leaves and public holidays, you will not get weeklyoffs also. This feedback is very very negative about this project but I am reading other comments about the company and it seems that company wide culture is good. So, is it just the mediamath project which has poor culture or my friend has given a wrong feedback or company wide culture is also poor. please let me know. -Sid
