- Management seems to actually care - Fair amount of PTO with steps to more if you stay longer - Pretty generous with PTO - Laid-back workplace - Always paid on time - 401K - Medical, Vison, Dental - The CEO works in the office and comes around to see how everyone is doing - Co-workers get along - No workplace drama between co-workers - Yearly company meetings(you get to see how the company is doing) - The company is willing to pay for CompTIA certifications for you - Higher-ups are willing to expose you to new things if you ask - All Major Holidays are off and paid - EAP (Employee Assistance Program) - Company pays 0.50cents/per mile when its work-related(it depends on what you're doing) - Gives chances to people with no degrees or certifications

I've had no major issues with Xtek and have never been treated unfairly.

Benefits and pay are very low for the industry. Only 9 days PTO (accrued) per year and no sick days.
