      - Great team or it's better to say they was a great team: friendly and highly skilled - Fine salary - Good and interesting product - A lot of opportunities to stand out

      - Incompetent top management which has no clue how IT company really works and acts mostly as customers, not managers (well, not everyone, but the persons who make global decisions) - No work-life balance - Impulsive decisions rather than measured - No reliable strategy, just dreams, unreal expectations and short-term plans - Lack of processes in the company - Big changes last year and vague future, many staff cuts
