Riding existing market share but poorly investing in new products, innovation, or its employees - a failing long-term strategy. Severe absences of leadership and poor morale/culture. Near non-existent training for new employees in technical roles, which will cost the company down the line. Critical function gaps widespread due to attrition or eliminated positions.
