      When there are no boundaries (i.e. managers), anything is possible around here. The level of transprency is exceptional! Agile coaches that drive company forward. Feedback culture is excellent in here.

      Greatly knowledgeable employees that really care.

      A managerless structure that creates a lot of arguing, including how to pay out commissions to a team with different compensations plans. Leadership is viewed as a negative as all decisions have to be made by team decisions making it very difficult to move forward with any planning or GTM strategies.
