Management are friendly and offer a fun working environment

Unfortunately, management have created a start up by poaching their previous clients from their ex employer. I was the 4th account manager to be employed over a 18 month period. The role wasn't clear from the beginning. I suggested changes to their communication, which was ignored. They do not publicise their actual location (Westcliffe on Sea) on any public site. Smoke and mirrors in all of their dealings with clients. I was embarrassed to be a part of this company and left before my probation ended. They are liars and will promise you everything, yet are incapable of providing a professional environment for their staff or clients. They lied about which brands they represent, lied about how they on boarded clients. Avoid.
