Where do I begin Micromanagement to the extreme. Management super rude and will not listen to anyone below them. Lied to about pay rises, promotions. Poor service as staff not getting paid properly(commisions are inaccuarate) and expected to do silly hours that wouldnt be legal for little over minimum wage . Dont expect to be paid more if you hit target as management will lie and change the targets coveniently so ignore ote's. Lied to in Interview about pay. One big lie throughout my time here
