YRC Freight has terrible shift and hours for 90 percent of the employees. The management are disconnected with the employees which causes a high turn over rate in management. They focus more on what you do wrong instead what your doing right. Some of the things employees are discipline for are irrelevant to the task at hand. They feel that if you keep your employees upset they will work better for you. They run the company with scare tactics.
