Abusive Manager and Poor Management - Recensione dipendente - Software Developer presso YRC Freight

Abusive rude manager. Poor management. Forced to work overtime and on weekends to compensate for lack of workers/ increased workload. Poor benefits. The company went through a major change including name-change, president change, people “retiring” left and right, and then being brought back to help meet deadlines, ect... The management is just terrible and it falls on the workers to pick up the slack. No work life balance whatsoever.
