i don't like the pay

- One of the largest corporate employer in Seri Manjung, Perak - Salary mostly on time

- Toxic internal politics & silo culture. A lot of corporate politics, favouritism (tendency to favor expats), and siloed departments. Lip service and toxic colleagues. People don't like to share knowledge. Hard to get things done, new ideas or new ways of doing things don't seem welcome. Like to talk down to others. - We are told to save cost but management is still spending on unnecessary things. - Disconnected leadership. Absent CEO. - Leadership style is very micro-managing with emphasis on the wrong things. No idea what some people with fancy titles actually do. - Made to feel bad for taking time off. - Lousy benefits. No insurance. Zero care for employees.
