      Be ready to work late nights/50+ hours a week without management caring to blink an eye about it. Head of Client Services was Jekyll & Hyde; comes off smiley and willing to grow a strong department but turns his behavior on the flip of a switch.

      Expectations are not aligned with the reality of your job. I continually advocated for appropriately adding staff to the team based on clients' agreed-upon management fees. Its hard to say if the lack of action was intentional or otherwise.
