Vantaggi

-benefits package (minus the 401K profit sharing) -people and team, depending which one you are on.

Svantaggi

-tiny holiday bonus -lack of remote options -no real WFH policy (its really just picking and choosing because what one person may be approved to WFH for, another person would be denied for the same request) -while there are people who have been here for over 3 years etc, many others are here while working hard to leave for a company more up to date with working from home etc. especially when no one can provide any real reasoning and chalk things up as this is just the way the company is.

We’re glad you are enjoying our wonderful benefits, which include 100% paid employee health care premium, a FSA plan, bonuses when deserved, and other great perks like vacation condos, tuition reimbursement, and paid parental leave. You are correct that Yardi has never done a 401k match. Instead (and better!), we have profit sharing for all of our employees, so everyone benefits – not just those who contribute to their 401k program and it’s much higher than what most companies match at 10% this past year. While we do have specific requirements about working remotely, some roles are best fulfilled when employees are in the office, working together as a team. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!

Vantaggi

Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.

Svantaggi

Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
