The work is relatively challenging, you'll never be bored, and your career will be what you make of it.

- Upper management (in Dallas office) is focused on puppeteering managers and team leads / one track state of mind (fortunately, this has less impact on technical account managers). - Unlike other Glassdoor posts, I do not believe it is an issue of discrimination (sexism/racism), truly believe the highest level individual in services in the Dallas office is focused on promoting and recognizing individuals who think/ work similarly to him, which happens to be other white men. - Pay is relatively low compared to similar positions in the DFW metroplex - based on a lot of self-research and job offers.
