- Lucky to have a small but great team.
- Good insurance benefits and educational reimbursement program.
- Flexible program leading to good work/life balance.
Svantaggi
- Poor pay, comparing to the country’s market, minimal raises and no effort to retain employees if they leave for financial reasons.
- Not a lot of chances to evolve or move to different roles.

We appreciate you sharing with us! It is wonderful to hear that you enjoyed a small and supportive team, our generous benefits, and Yardi's flexible hybrid work model (in which employees spend 1 day per week connecting and collaborating with coworkers in office). We strive to remain an employer of choice where each employee feels supported and valued and focus on paying in a fair and competitive manner. Employees have annual reviews with their managers to discuss goals and performance as well as opportunities for advancement based on contribution, and we often see healthy salary increases as our employees grow in their roles with Yardi and increase their subject matter knowledge. We wish you all the best!
Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.
Svantaggi
Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
