easy way in. some people are friendly

working with people who enjoy the "high" more than the pay. worked with multiple people and more than half of them were visibly high. not a safe work environment at all. its one thing to enjoy your days off but don't bring that into work where we are using overhead cranes and lifting HEAVY EQUIPMENT REGULARLY

Processes fail, no upper management support, no raises due to losing money/breaking even every year
