Too many meetings that most employees don’t care about.

New employees are considered the cream of the crop.

Yates enjoyed a well deserved favorable reputation for many many years. Customer service was above exceptional and employees were some of the most experienced any agency could have. Unfortunately over the last two years management has now followed the typical corporate path and employees are now expendable. The long tenure employee is now considered a negative. Longtime employees are now in fear of losing their jobs. The majority of the agency employees now have 5 or less years at Yates.
