There is no team, just greedy individuals that care about themselves only. Salaries are very low. Washrooms and cafeteria are filthy. The way you treated your staff during Covid crisis is miserable. No help at all. You kept, as usual, all the working dogs with no verticality, that would do just anything to please their boss.
