Childish atmosphere with little to no ethics. Backstabbing begins at the executive level and filters down through the staff. Some employees really do care and work extremely hard, but their hard work is not recognized. Promotion is not based on performance but is a factor of relationships with top management. They like to play favorites with their employees.
I was really excited to work here but sometimes the great reviews you read on Glassdoor aren't accurate. Don’t be fooled. Managers write fake positive reviews. Ask a lot of questions before you decide to join.
This company is run like a startup, but they outgrew startup size and maturity and need to stop justifying their underdevelopment and shortcomings in process beneath this trendy label.
