Higher end of the salary spectrum, company vehicle

Vehicles are all tracked, bonuses will have to be fought for, and the hours are horrendous. Account managers are tasked with "growing the business" but end up have to pull weeds and fix sprinklers. Then they get reprimanded for not growing the business. Yellowstone is owned by venture capital, and it shows... margins make or break you each and every day. Low pay and morale among hourly workers gives them little motivation to work quickly. Account managers are left to pick up the slack.
