1) Basically every position is underpaid. 2) Important positions are never actually filled again when someone leaves so entire workloads are thrown onto other people with no raise actually being given. 3) You never have all of the proper resources to actually complete your job. Complaints regarding this are usually listened to for a few minutes then ignored. 4) So many people in management (Atlanta) don't actually know the job. Both my Supervisor and my Lead didn't know nearly as much about my position or even the basic customer service rep position as I did and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I constantly kept hearing both him and her give wrong answers and after so long I didn't even feel comfortable going to them for assistance because they didn't know anything. 5) Due to supervisors and leads not having the proper knowledge to handle the job, many employees simply just didn't work and got away with it for months or even years at a time.
