You feel devalued. Controlled. Deceived. Pathetic. Unappreciated. Caring is always too late because the damage would had already been placed Hot summer days, any type of holidays and just any good day/ week etc., your in for BUSY LONG SHIFTS. Rotating Roster days either mentally or/and physically drains you Like every job.. gossip.. (but that’s the workers itself) I guess after a while you question if the job is worth it. I’m still so thankful for YOMG❤️ Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion and what they’ve witnessed and been through.
