Good place for part time - Recensione dipendente - Dishwasher presso Yoogane

Too many things I like about this place that I’m happy to be back to help if I can. We as part timers can chose our own timings to work through whatsapping our desired days and timings timings. When work load is huge and hard in the working hour, we can sometimes get supper cooked by kitchen crew as well. And the relationship amongst staff is also pleasing as we also sometimes go out for supper after work together as well

Staff is being underpaid due to company wanting to cut down on costs, and things can get crazy due to lack of staff and man power. I have been there long enough to be able to handle everything, but they really need to improve on that.

- Flexible working hours and the minimum shift was only 4 hours - some managers are really friendly and understanding, it felt great as it was my first job

- different manager fired me without letting me know (they simply created a new group chat without me and other people) - being a server was tiring because my responsibilities included greeting customers, taking orders, cooking certain orders, serving dishes, cleaning up the tables and chairs, and wiping cutleries. It was sometimes difficult to manage taking orders and cooking at the same time for various tables
