      I came home from school for the summer looking for a full time job. I was promised to work “as many hours as I wanted to” in my interview and during my orientation session, which sounded great to a broke college kid. I have worked a total of about 50 hours in 3 weeks. I texted management to get scheduled and have been completely ghosted, and for no reason. I have never broke anything or have had a customer complain about me or the job I was on. Along with this expect long and hard days with no help. This company is very hypocritical when preaching a “family environment” but leaving new hires behind with no direction or communication. Management is very underprepared and underperforming.

      No career path for the sales center meanwhile Southwind is all about "opportunity" and "growth". If you work in the sales center you won't ever promote out of it. I wasted almost 2 years here and was told I would be promoted to an assistant manager then they announced to everyone that I was but a new CFO came in and took that position away. I tried to stay and asked repeatedly for a career path to work towards and eventually was told there wasn't one for the sales center. If you want a career find somewhere else this isn't the place.
