Collaborative, and positive work environment.

Could use more holidays. Production floor can get hot but expected.

Not a whole lot of pros

Since company is run by 2 brothers and 1 sister, it's literally a dysfunctional family. All of them will agree on a lie and tell it to your face. CEO has no guts to stand up for anything. COO is ok. CIO is a nightmare. Employees are afraid to express their opinion because of what might happen to them. One client is the majority of the business. When that client leaves, the rest of the business will be in trouble.
