very structured but open to change with my school hours. pay is fair and potential to grow. they offer health insurance medical and vision dental.

you have to spend lots of time learning medical terms. you also have to get training in security and privacy which is expected however one cannot start to untell one finishes all requirements. they do pay while training, however, cannot officially start until you complete all. tedious

Most of the people you work with are great and like family. Sometimes you get gift cards. They will often work around your schedule. Met some cool people when I worked there. There really are some people who care and go out of their way to help you. There wouldn't be any staff if it weren't for the help of a few people still there because the job is VERY stressful at times but some people make it fun and take the edge off. Learned a lot about healthcare and medical terminology

Doctors own the company and they DON'T PROVIDE HEALTH INSURANCE. People usually start at $10 an hour to handle the craziest calls. Small company but doctors who own it act like you don't even exist.
