Flexible working, remote setting with everything provided to work from home. laptop, phone, monitors, headsets, proper office chair with support. Management very engaging with staff, clear communication of what tasks for the day are. Regular team briefings to discuss and also give feedback as to what is/what is not working..Staff social meets, feels like one big team, can ask any member of staff including upper management and managing director for help or advice at any time and get that help as soon as possible. Value teams welfare very highly.
