The support is great! Everyone is very helpful and there’s no competition. New employees are assigned a mentor, someone to bounce ideas off of, a peer, not a supervisor. If your mentor doesn’t have an answer for you, one of 100 or so other employees generally will. Just email all staff and receive an almost immediate response. The variety is great. you learn something new every day. The work is more rewarding when you’re helping out others in need. Work life balance is the best I've ever had in my career. Professional development is highly encouraged and employees are given days away from clients to pursue classes and seminars.

As with most client services you are put in stressful situations. Just take a deep breath though, carefully analyze all scenarios, and make the best possible decision. If needed, ask for help.
