      - Well-organized onboarding process - Lots of high quality tutoring materials to work with, which also means a lot of opportunities to teach different subjects - Very supportive, respectful and always open to new ideas - Very flexible work hours - Good compensations

      - Was not an issue personally but tutors may have to commute to students' houses if the tutoring is not at the office

      Thanks for your compliments regarding the onboarding, tutoring material, support, respect, flexible work hours and compensation. Yes, in some cases, students do prefer tutoring at their homes.
