We are glad you see that happening everyday. We care about the growth of our employees and are actively working on developing a career development plan and hope to implement it in the near future. We also hope to breakdown the "tribal knowledge" and bring all employees up to speed on institutional knowledge more quickly and move away from too many acronyms.
