Working there, I had no doubt that the company strongly believed in quality, innovation, and providing their clients with an experience that would enhance their standard of living. I was surrounded by beautiful products of fine craftsmanship and a creative, influential history that made my experience working for Yves Delorme all the more worth while.

      The only downside I ever faced was dealing with some not so respectful clients, when it came to some of their requests or attitudes. However the positive, loyal clients we had outweighed the few negative ones.

      Poor management, corporate says one thing and some managers do their own thing. I worked part time for 5 years and when I had to take 6 weeks off for cancer treatment - a new manager didn't care. Corporate HDQ in Virginia promised me that my job would be there when I came back - the new manager at our store gave my spot to her best friend and the Corporate HDQ rep wouldn't even take my calls. 6 months before this they were asking me to help write a new training manual for employees.
