      The employee count is smaller which allows the company to focus on employee morale and benefits more closely. The executive team really understands that employee happiness can make or break a business.

      Need to hire more developers to handle the workload and grow the business success. It's difficult to find experienced applicants in UT.

      It is a great place to work at with a good amount of flexibility in your work/life balance. They offer some great benefits and the co workers are fantastic to work with. You will always be challenged with new and exciting projects to keep your skills up to date.

      Because they are growing, there are times when processes need to be changed and reviewed. However, being able to accomplish this is hampered by the CEO's unwillingness to change. Be prepared to make sure you have billable hours first before you do anything else.

      This is good feedback! We've taken this specific feedback and hopefully become a better company from it. Historically we've been hyper-focused on our billable hours. This has changed. Our focus as a company is around our employees. We want ZAACT to be a place where people love to work. I believe our efforts are working.
