      The benefits are good and they cover medical, dental and vision.

      Svantaggi

      Management needs more training. They overwork us, micromanage and expect us to work 50-60 hrs per week on a 40 hr salary. The worst employees are the ones who get the raises while the rest of us get a 3% raise. Moral is bad among the team and half the company is looking for a new job.

      Thank you for your candid feedback. We have experienced rapid growth in the past year and have been working to scale the teams to appropriate staffing levels. Our goal is to provide adequate support to our teams to ensure that everyone feels valued and supported. We encourage our employees to have an open dialogue with their manager about workload. This has been shared with the leadership team and we’re working to address the areas of concern.
